Kimberly has lived in Floyd County for most of her life, she has been a resident of Prestonsburg for the last 19 years. Family is everything to her, and being a mother is the greatest joy of her life. She is married to Brett James and they have two children.
She started her career in the insurance industry when she was 20 years old. Kimberly joined Hall & Clark Insurance Agency in September of 2022. She loves working with the people of eastern KY and looks forward to assisting you with all of your insurance car, home and business insurance needs.
She enjoys Photography, writing poetry, the beach and loves all things fashion. Her relationship with God and giving back to her community is her passion. Her desire is to make a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis.
