Ella Webb was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She became a member of the Hall & Clark Team in 1997 after working 20 years in the trucking industry. She has worked in the commercial lines department, and she provides backup customer service to both the personal and commercial lines units. She started working in the accounting department in 1980 and became the agency’s comptroller in 2019.

Ella is a pizza and soda aficionado and an enthusiastic evangelist for creating cat sanctuaries.
