Allison worked in many industries before landing in insurance, including food, retail, banking, and medical. Having found herself to be a good fit in insurance, she has been with Hall & Clark Insurance since 2004, and she manages the personal lines accounts and claims for the agency.

Allison has been married to her husband Jeff since 1995, and they have two children together, a son and a daughter. Allison is a Christian and member of the Ivyton Baptist Church, where her husband is a deacon. She is an extraordinary baker and enjoys watching TCM in her spare time.
