Julie was born in Louisa, KY, and she has been a resident in Lawrence County for most of her life, having lived in Fort Myers, FL for 3 years in the early ’70s.

She has worked as a legal secretary, hospital executive administrative assistant, full-time mother, and, for the past 17 years, as a personal lines insurance agent at Joe Young Insurance. She joined the Hall & Clark team in 2018.

Julie enjoys fellowship with her church family, “Grammy” time, sewing, and canning fruits and vegetables from her summer garden bounty.
